• Artist Hospitality

    Management of acquiring rider items, meals, and any special requests the tour may have. Managing green rooms, providing on-site support for backstage needs, and ensuring the artists’ well-being before, during, and after their performances.

  • Administration

    Oversee event timelines, and address any issues that arise during the event. Coordinate staff ground transportation, staff accommodations, oversee all runners, managing budgets, responsible for all department purchasing, float distribution, liaise with all festival departments to ensure staff is informed, manage inventory during load in and load out.

  • Artist Relations

    Managing the communication and coordination between event organizers and performing artists. Responsible for handling logistics such as travel, accommodations, hospitality items, credentials and technical requirements. Additionally, providing support for rehearsals, backstage needs, and performance schedules.

  • Staffing

    Responsible for overseeing the recruitment and placement of employees within an organization. Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs, ensure the workforce is adequately staffed, and help manage employee retention. Managing and executing contracts for all staff.

  • Artist Transportation

    Managing the logistics and management of transporting artists, their equipment, and other necessary materials to and from performance venues, studios, or events. Ensuring artists arrive on time, safely, and comfortably. Coordinating travel arrangements and handling any specific needs related to the artist’s work or performance.

  • Shuttles Dispatch

    Oversee traffic flow, receive emergency and non-emergency calls, contacting the proper department (medical, security, etc) to facilitate the call, keeping records of the operation, addressing problems and dispatching appropriate team members, monitoring weather reports.
